Elite OPS was founded in 1995 and has been in business for over 25 years. As the company has grown and our services have expanded, we have evolved into an end-to-end order fulfillment and operations management company. This evolution led us in 2006 to change our name to Elite OPS and add the tag line “Operations: Managed”. Our success has come from treating each customer as a partner in our business. We have also been able to leverage our kitting, assembly and production capabilities and vendor relations to ensure greater reliability than our clients have found on their own, while reducing all the logistical headaches and stress.

The mantra within Elite OPS is “Deliver Peace of Mind.” It is the overriding principle that guides us to exceed customer expectations. When we enter into a new client relationship, we see it as a long-term partnership and we are committed to help them succeed – their success is our success.

How long have you been in business?

Elite OPS began in 1995. We have spent nearly 25 years serving in the 3PL, supply chain and fulfillment industry.

 

Where is Elite OPS located?

Elite Ops is located at 4000 E Hwy 6, Spanish Fork, UT 84660. Located one hour south of Salt Lake City, our strategic location gives us 2-day ground shipping to most of the western United States.

 

What are your hours of operation?

Office Hours: Monday – Friday: 8 AM – 5 PM MST.

 

Does Elite OPS require a long-term contract?

Our contract is an annual renewal with a 60-day notice of termination.

 

What Shopping Carts can you integrate with?

We can integrate with any open API platform. We can also receive orders through a CSV upload. Some of the most common shopping carts our clients use are:
• Shopify
• Magento
• Big Commerce
• Oracle NetSuite

Which small parcel/freight carriers do you use?

We work with USPS, FedEx, DHL, and multiple freight carriers.

 

Can you ship for our Amazon orders both FBA SFP?

We offer FBA prep services including, labeling, and attaching required FBA documentation to outer boxes. We also ship for Seller Fulfilled Prime. These services are offered as add-ons for existing clients, but not as a standalone service.

 

How long does your receiving process take?

We require that you notify us of incoming product through our “Expected Receipt” process on our client portal. When your products arrive, an email is automatically sent to you. They are then counted, inspected and the quantities are verified. At that point, you will receive an email that your products have been received and are ready to ship. This is completed within 24 hours of receiving your product for same SKU pallets and 48-72 hours for mixed pallets or items that need QC inspections.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via check, wire transfer, Credit Cards.

 

What are your terms?

We offer 30 days on our warehousing services and 15 days on freight billing.

 

Does Elite OPS protect proprietary client and company data?

Protection of our clients’ confidential information, and privacy is of paramount importance. We impose the strictest measures to safeguard all clients’ data. Complete data is fully backed-up on secure data centers.

 

Does Elite OPS have a disaster recovery plan?

Yes, we have battery backup for our servers and redundant internet services in case of black outs. We also have a detailed disaster recover SOP which can be provided upon request.

 

How does Elite OPS protect our products?

We have 36 on-site cameras thought our offices and warehouse. Our staff prevents any unauthorized entrance into our warehouse and management facilities. Visitors are required to sign in, wear a guest lanyard and sign an NDA.

 

Is there a minimum order volume per month?

There is no strict minimum order volume per month. However, ideally, we service clients that have 50 – 100+ orders per day.

 

Can we visit your warehouse?

We welcome our potential and current client to visit our offices and warehouse at any time. We have a strict NDA that will need to be signed to protects our client’s information. A 24-hour notice is helpful.

 

Do you provide a dedicated Account Manager?

Yes, we provide customer service with a dedicated Account Manager for our services. They handle the order processing, inquiries, freight quoting, cancellations, changes to orders, etc. They have a backup for periods of PTO.

 

Do you handle hazardous materials?

We do not handle hazardous materials.

 

Do you handle food items?

Yes. We handle non-perishable, shelf-stable goods.

 

On which holidays will Elite OPS be closed?

We are closed on the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day – Wednesday, January 1, 2020
  • Memorial Day – Monday, May 25, 2020
  • 4th of July – July 4, 2020
  • Labor Day – Monday, September 25, 2020
  • Thanksgiving Day – Thursday, November 26, 2020
  • Christmas – Friday, December 25, 2020
